Score sheets

Scoresheets need to be completed correctly with all players taking the court signing either where indicated in the team list or in the borrowed players section.
Please ensure as we approach finals that this process is followed.

NCAS 2017 Netball Program - Trial Information

The 2017 program will commence in November 2016 and run to July 2017 and will implement the National Develop a Diamond Academy Program.
The program will have an emphasis on 14-16 year olds providing greater skills development, strength and conditioning support and physical preparation leading to the U17 State Selection Trials.
Age eligible successful athletes who have trialled will need to commit to State Trials as a caveat to their selection to the squad.

Clinic with Kim Ravaillion & Gretel Tippett - NOW FRIDAY AUGUST 19TH

Would you like to attend a Netball Skills Clinic with Australian Diamond and QLD Firebirds players, Kimberley Ravaillion and Gretel Tippett????

Here’s your chance! Lismore & District Netball is excited to announce Kim & Gretel will be here in Lismore on Friday August 19th 2016, 5.30pm - 8.00pm!

The clinic will run for 2.5 hours, targeting young netballers aged 9-14 years with a focus on footwork, general attack and defence skills as well as some tips on how to perform some layups & centre court specialist work.
The clinic will also include a 15 minute discussion on nutrition specific to netball, with time to ask questions and sign autographs at the end.

All this for only $50!! An opportunity and experience not to missed!

Development Coaching Course - 28 August

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge of coaches who are coaching at Club, Association and Regional level. It is an accredited course under the Netball Australia Coaching Accreditation Scheme and provides training to the large numbers of coaches who are actively involved in netball. Completion of this course will also result in Development Coaching Accreditation with the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NCAS) as administered by the Australian Sports Commission (ASC).

- Contact the Course Coordinator at the Host Association and provide proof of attainment of course pre-requisites
- Receive a passcode from the Course Coordinator to enter at the online store, allowing you to register for the course
- Visit ‘Register For This Course’ at the Netball NSW Online Store -

- Completion of a Netball Australia Foundation Coaching Course
- Current Section 1 Umpire Theory Examination pass (70% or above)
- All Development Coaching Course participants must be registered members of their local State/Territory Netball Association prior to accreditation being granted to ensure adequate insurance cover. To register please contact your nearest District Association
- Participants must be at least 15 years of age on completion of the Intermediate Course to be eligible for accreditation
- All participants must have a personal fitness level that will enable them to perform their normal coaching duties and where required to demonstrate skills at a slow pace Demonstrations are not compulsory and they are performed at the individual participant’s discretion.
